Blue Scrumpy left this review about The New Inn

The New Inn is Dursley's third entry into the Good Beer Guide. Although it is really in the adjacent village of Woodmancote. Opening times are limited. It is closed Monday to Wednesday, opening at 5pm on Thursday and 2:30pm on other days.

We arrived not too long after opening on a Thursday evening to find the pub fairly busy both inside and out (there is a garden to the rear). The interior is an L-shaped room with a tiled floor and a dartboard to the rear right. Music was playing and the pub is dog friendly.

4 cask ales were on for our visit - Church End Gravediggers & Pheasant Plucker, Fine Tuned Langport Bitter & Uley's Hog's Wallop IPA. A fifth handpull was unclipped. Ciders were Thatcher's Gold & Aspall's, whilst Wychwood Hobgoblin IPA was on keg. In addition, they sell a huge array of spirits. The pub's range is listed on a blackboard to the side of the bar and included 115 different gins.

With a friendly landlady, this pub is worth heading out of Dursley for. Car parking is a bit limited though. There is a small car park to the left of the pub and limited parking on the street.
