An obvious money-making add-on to the hotel is named Monty's - a bar and brasserie - the former is open to non-residents, and a half of the real ale they had on - Prescott Hill Climb at £2.00 - was in decent shape. A little formal, especially as you have to walk past reception to visit the gents', so forego your 'Bradford Beer Festival 1985' t-shirt for this one.
