This had a selection of names over the years. When first built it was the Black Bull, replacing a pub of the same name that was immediately in front on the street corner. At later times the name changed several times, being called the Grapevine, Grapes, Cumberland, Cork & Bull, Manhattans, Luton Pier and Bar 32 and probably more in no particular order. It closed in 2014 and became a restaurant.
