Only entertainment option in the village, so good to see it so busy with diners and drinkers - both outside and in.
Super friendly landlord/landlady and the food is excellent.

The Halfway House is in a very rural setting in a small village called Kineton.
Once inside the bar was facing and there was one room that ran across the front of the pub the left side was more like a bar with a stone floor, pool table and TV showing horse racing this area had normal tables and chairs,there was a dining area to the right and this area was empty on our visit.
This pub is a Donnington tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Donnington SBA and this was a very nice drink the other beer was Donnington BB.
This seemed a very horsey pub with lots of pictures of them on the walls and a couple of real horses were in the car park.
I thought this was quite a nice pub.
