Strongers . left this review about O'Connors

O’Connors is an Irish pub, so it wasn’t surprising to find four Guinness fonts and a Murphys font on the counter alongside a premium keg selection. Unusually for an Irish boozer, there are also three hand pumps, one of which was in use drawing St Austell’s Tribute, but I decided to follow the majority lead from the ten or so other customer and partake in some black stuff, which was very nice. The counter is L-shaped and found on the right-hand wall where it faces a couple of tiny tables in the front right-hand window and standing room on worn laminate, that is found throughout, to the left, There’re another couple of small tables crammed in to the left-hand front window and tables run up the left-hand wall past a burner that is sat on a plinth. Located across the rear is Raegan’s Snug that houses two shiny red leather sofas, adjacent is a jukebox that hangs on an exposed brick column. Someone with a niche taste in music had unloaded a few coins, I’d rather have listened to the Champions League football that was muted alongside F1 news on screens throughout. There’s more seating behind the sofa snug, but I didn’t venture that far back. The service was polite and, as Irish pubs go, I thought this was a decent place to watch sport.
