Large chain pub in Broomfield, on the northern outskirts of Chelmsford.
It's a Vintage Inn pub and is heavily focused on dining. Doom Bar is the solitary real ale.
This being our last pub of the day, we did stop to eat. The food was fairly average. But I opted to skip the Doom Bar. A one-way system is in operation. Toilets are upstairs. Watch out for the low ceiling as you approach them.
