Strongers . left this review about The Prince Of Wales

The Prince of Wales is a traditional boozer that is split by the bar to create two drinking areas. The right hand side is where the majority of the seating is and a line of standard draught, including Courage Best, can be found on the bar next to a hand pump that was drawing Harvey’s Best. There is more seating in the left hand side area along with a pool table, dartboard and Toad-in-the-Hole box. There is also a plasma screen that was turned off and there is no Sky Sports, but some background music was playing throughout. The drinks selection around this side of the pub is a mirror of the right. My visit was late on Tuesday evening so I didn’t visit the garden, but I did read that it has won local awards as the best business garden in the area. I thought that the woman working behind the bar was a bit frosty at first, but I warmed to her the longer I stayed.

This place isn’t really worth going out of the way for, but I’d pop back in if passing – Maybe to have a butchers at the garden.
