Strongers . left this review about The Nevill
The Nevill was very busy when I visited late on Tuesday evening and the right hand saloon bar was hosting a swing music night which was very well attended. The public bar area in the centre of the pub houses a huge projector screen that was off and there was some loud dance type music playing. To the left of the bar is a dining area, but the lights were out in here as it was so late. The Italian themed menu is scrawled up above the large glass doors to the dining area and I noted that the 13” pizzas are priced at £8. The bar is stocked with standard draught and one hand pump was unused leaving Harvey’s Best as the lone ale.
At the rear is a nice lawn covered beer garden with picnic seating and outside the front of the pub is some parking.
I thought that this place was pleasant enough and the barmaid was very friendly. I’d have no problem returning here for a pint if passing.
