Strongers . left this review about The Gallipot Inn
The Gallipot is named after small glazed earthenware medicine and ointment pots that were apparently once made on this site. This is a long and thin pub with rustic wooden beams and pillars throughout and a central tile floored bar area with an exposed brick wooden topped U-shaped serving counter on the rear wall. During a recent Saturday afternoon visit premium keg was available alongside a couple of Camden Brewery lagers and three hand pumps that were drawing Harvey’s Best and Easter Ale alongside 360 Degrees Brewing’s Session Ale. To the left of this central bar area is some seating faced by a white painted brick fireplace on the left-hand wall. In the right side of the pub is a slightly raised wooden floored seating area with an exposed brick fireplace on the right-hand wall. Along the rear wall to the left is a dartboard and to the left of the serving counter is access to the rear where the toilets are found on the way to a tiered grass and patio beer garden with picnic tables and nice views over the fields beyond. There is a car park to the left of the pub that is well sign-posted, but still easy to miss due to the narrow entrance. I thought the service was very friendly and we enjoyed our visit.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Gallipot Inn
Small country inn, partly opened out and refurbished at some stage, but still with a some traditional character. Narrow bar along the frontage, with small seating / dining areas at each end (one with a very welcome real fire, and the other being extended backwards to provide more dining space. Beer garden with views at the back. Three handpumps on the counter, offering two Harvey's beers - the inevitable Sussex and the excellent seasonal Old Ale (£5.00) - plus 360° Session IPA.
