Strongers . left this review about Richmond
I visited the Richmond in March this year during a Pubs Galore crawl of Brighton. During my early Saturday afternoon visit I was the only customer in this small wedge-shaped pub. In the left rear corner is a small bar that supports four hand pumps that were drawing Long Man Brewery’s Copper Hop and American Pale Ale alongside Lilley’s Rum Cider and Mango Cider. A premium keg range was also available, and I spotted a pizza menu, all priced at £9.50.
Along the right-hand wall of this quirky little pub is a small stage with music equipment that includes drums, a piano and a guitar. A sign on the wall welcomes anyone to have a play with the instruments. Thankfully there were no tone-deaf musicians in situ during my visit. The TV was off, but Sky Sports was advertised in the window so expect football when available. On Tuesday evenings there is a quiz, Wednesdays is comedy night and live music is held here on Thursdays and Saturdays. This pub opens at 10am and has a late license every night. I found the service to be very friendly, but the picnic tables out the front aren’t in the most relaxing of places. I would pop back in for a beer if passing.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Richmond
Features a bold, if plain, curved brick frontage and a 'distressed' interior with an odd mix of furniture and eclectic decor. The place is smaller inside than one might expect, but more seating is available out front on a few wooden picnic benches. Three handpumps on the counter, offering two Long Man beers - Long Blonde (£3.50) and American Pale Ale - together with Rosie's Pig cider.
