No cask. Keg offering of Madri, the wild berries Rekorderlig cider, Alpacalypse, Pravha, Tiny Rebel Clwb Tropica, Guinness, Aspall and a new one for me the MCB or Monte Carlo beer.
Roos is just off the main road in the town end of Sophia Gardens. A mix of bar and restaurant. There is ample seating out the front on picnic style benches. Inside the bar counter is a wooden slatted affair on a tile skirt. Inside seating in the bar area are some brown leather banquettes serving regular tables plus some matching leather regular chairs the other side thereof. Vaulted ceiling and bare brick walls, no screens, and a discrete pop soundtrack. There is quite a bit more of covered internal seating turned over to diners.
