No cask. Keg offering of Madri, Moretti, Heineken, Aspall, Guinness, Okells Bitter and Celtic Pale Ale.
This is a glitzy long narrow rectangular venue near the Villa Marina and facing the seafront. Some tables out the front but totally redundant on my visit. Glass fronted and the bar counter faces the entrance running along the rear wall mid venue. There is a limited amount of tall stool seating at the bar counter. Seating to the right of the entrance is via a velvet banquette under the window serving tall tables with some tall tables along the rear wall in the far-right stretch. To the left of the entrance there is similar seating area but seems to be more for diners. No obvious screens and a low-key soundtrack playing on my visit. The venue seemed to attract a mixed crowd of an average age around my age! Live music is advertised but didn't spot when it takes place. Part of the Jaks small group of venues on the IofM – this one for music and cocktails, Jaks a bit further down the promenade for sports and the three Barbary venues mostly for dining!
