Part of the Loungers chain,this square shop unit has external tables while inside there are a mix of tables,high near the bar for drinkers,some sofas for coffee/drinks and a lot of dining tables for those that want to eat.
The wallpaper is garish with large flower patterns but almost fully covered by painting and prints which seems to have come from the local car boot sale.
The menu is corporate but inexpensive while the beer range is all mainstream keg with the best options seemingly Brixton Reliance Pale ,somewhat expensive at £6.15 the pint.
Folk do just come in here to drink and there is occasional open mic,but most punters are here to eat and the chain vibe is never far away.
No reason for me to revisit for a beer,but the food is adequate.
