Double shop unit in Pack Horse Court, with basic furniture and fittings, the bar having a stainless steel top with planks on the front. The bar back has 10 keg taps, with six beers on, plus two cask ales on hand pumps. My half of a local beer from Tractor Shed was ok but not memorable (NBSS 3), the other was from the Crooked River brewery, which I believe has a cuckoo relationship with Tractor Shed, though I could be wrong. The pub has a rubber duck challenge, which involves carrying a rubber duck up nearby Latrigg Fell and recording route and time. The monthly winner gets a prize - but probably not beer, because you wouldn't be a beer drinker if doing that in 27 minutes, as the leader board shows.
