Looks like it's in an old bank and to be fair it's a pretty good conversion, they've retained the ceiling, floor and a very natty wood and glass booth room at the rear - so if you strip-out the usual Loungers rent-a-tat you've got a fairly pleasant bar. Unusually for the chain there's a proper rear garden as well. Usual keg selection, having been burned a few times in Loungers by the less-obvious lagers not shifting I went for a Westons Vintage cider which was a bit flat. If you're in town for an extended period I wouldn't rule this one out for a pit-stop. It’s certainly one of the better Loungers I have been in. 5.5
