Housed on a small industrial park which was once a farm, this is the brewery tap for the Bason Bridge Brewery, which occupies the same building. It's a large, green metal shed with a concrete floor, exactly what you'd expect. There are basic wooden tables with benches made from planks and old barrels. The large garden outside has the same furniture and includes an outside bar used for barbecues and parties. On draft were two of their own cask ales, BB Double-Hopped Pale Ale (4.2ABV) and BB Copper at 3.8 ABV. There was a range of other producers' craft ales plus cider from Rosie's Pig and Sheppy's. There is a large gravel car park and outside toilets. Food is available - pizzas, burgers and chips with various toppings, plus ice creams. It's a very pleasant rural location off the main road, fantastic for outdoor indulgence, but openign times are limited so check first.
