Pub SignMan left this review about Seven Bro7hers Beerhouse

This is a large, modern industrial-style craft beer bar and brewery tap for the Seven Bro7hers Brewery of Salford, tucked away on a relatively quiet side street just a short walk from the city centre’s main drinking barn area. The place offers no real surprises to anyone familiar with such bars, occupying a spacious concrete floored room with a very high ceiling lined with visible utilities, floor to ceiling windows along two sides and a dark paint scheme enlivened by a few colourful murals. The servery is to the right upon entry and has a good, timber-fronted counter and dark brick bar back. Seating mostly comprises high tables and stools, although some basic tables and chairs hug the left-hand wall whilst two curved banquette booths to the front right seemed like the best spots to grab if available. For overspill, a load of canteen benches and tables have been arranged on the pavement out the front, where you get a good view of the large Jorge Pardo sculpture in the square opposite. A staircase leads up to a mezzanine space with lots more seating, so there’s ample room throughout, although I do wonder if it ever gets busy enough to require all this seating. Loud music played throughout our visit and there customer numbers never got close to double figures the entire time we were here on a Sunday afternoon.
I counted ten home brews on the keg lines, including some with pretty niche flavours such as Pineapple and Watermelon. I ended up with a pint of the Honeycomb Pale, which was a suitably sweet concoction meriting slow consumption, which gave us time to take in this place to the full. The bar staff were friendly enough, but seemed a bit bored and spent most of their time chatting amongst themselves.
I feel like I’ve been to enough of these modern brewery taps to no longer be surprised by anything they can throw at me, but I was taken aback a little by the out-there beers offered by this place and thought the bar was quite nicely presented without really excelling in any single department. This is definitely something a bit different to consider if crawling around the city centre and I’m glad I spent some time checking the place out.

Brainy Pool left this review about Seven Bro7hers Beerhouse

new branch for this Manchester brewery, bottom floor of a modern apartment block. Location is a bit quiet and anonymous, I was the only customer on a Saturday lunchtime, probably first of the day. 10 of their beers on keg, in the £5-£6 region, probably loads more in the fridges but I didn’t look. Reasonably priced food menu. despite the lack of cask, I quite liked it, it was friendly and relaxed. I hoped it succeeds but I’m a bit worried by the lack of customers.

Blue Scrumpy left this review about Seven Bro7hers Beerhouse

Seven Bro7hers appear to have expanded their horizons somewhat, but this branch of the chain is not a patch on the Ancoats one, which I really enjoyed visiting.

Despite being in an area reknowned for its nightlife, this place was fairly quiet on our Saturday evening visit. It is in fact built on the site of one of Cream, a once famous Liverpool nightclub that I visited many eons ago and recall seeing Boy George of all people!

Unlike the Ancoats beerhouse, there is no cask available here. The all keg selection was Pilsner, Juicy IPA, Hoppy Pale, Watermelon Wheat Beer, Passion Fruit Pale, Honeycomb Pale, Throw Away IPA, Guava Crush, Midnight Drive, Easy IPA & B'Nananut.

Seating both inside and out was bench-type and whilst the bar had a light and airy modern feel, I doubt I'll be rushing back here in a hurry.
