I wouldn't normally bother with a place calling itself a "restaurant & bar", but with a few minutes before kick-off at Northolme I thought I might as well pop in, and was surprised to see there are a couple of hand pumps on the bar (Timothy Taylor Landlord and Abbeydale Moonshine). The place was almost empty, with two customers at the bar waiting while the server made a cocktail. It was taking a long time, and when she finished, the other customer then said which cocktail he wanted and she started on another. At which point I turned and headed for the door.
