Part of the Loungers chain, I popped into Soffio Lounge early on a recent Friday evening for a burger and a pint of Cruzcampo from the premium keg range. The familiar open plan décor of walls stuffed full of art, tiled walls and industrial lighting is all present. The shiny wood floor looks like it has been removed from an old school gym hall, I’m not sure if this is true or if it’s been made to look like that. No televisions, but there was some background music playing for myself and the ten or so other customers. I always find the staff to be very polite in these places and here is no different. You know what you’re going to get in a Loungers, which is why they’re my dinner venue of choice when I’m eating on expenses.

Fairly standard "Loungers" lay out. Colourful and slightly odd decor. Usual customer base too with plenty "ladies who lunch" and children knocking about. Had a quick Punk IPA and moved on. A one time visit for me but they serve a purpose and there are worse places!
