The New Quay Inn is in a nice location next to a small stretch of beach that is used to store small boats for the night. Inside the pub the bar is located to the right of the entrance and to the left there is a pool table and dartboard. At the rear there is some more seating and a couple of televisions were showing football on terrestrial television.
The bar supports three hand pumps, but two of these were unused during my recent Thursday evening visit so the only available ale was Otter. There is a standard draught range and cheap pub food was advertised.
This pub is in a lovely location and I found the service to be friendly, but I left a little disappointed as the interior doesn’t live up to the exterior.
