Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Square
Very modern bar / restaurant in the former Southampton Hotel building, with upmarket furniture and decor in the three indoor seating / dining areas. The screened front patio looks a bit more relaxed, but there is table service here which won't appeal to all. Lots of keg taps on hooped copper founts, but the selection is pretty much the same as most other Liberation pubs, and the solitary handpump offers the regular Ale (£4.05).
