Old Boots left this review about Shambles Street

Eek, fairly bad even for Barnsley but dead cheap. Long thin place, counter down one side, pizza kitchen on the other for halfway then a very big screen, a couple of booths and then a raised area, perhaps for VIPs. Pool table at the back, constant music. Industrial fittings as decor. Guess what:- usual suspects keg range only. Some clubby type place upstairs called “Jock’s Cavern” which bizarrely, is also listed on this site.
