Old Boots left this review about Little Vic

Bit of an odd one this, says cafe bar but it’s more of a locals sheebeen. Loads of national keg stuff and a pull of mediocre Wainwright. Not worth the walk from where most Horwich pubs are, Horwich doesn’t really have a centre, but this place is on some sort of bus route or other if you feel the need to visit it.
