Cosy taproom part of a small line of retail units opposite a Co-op on the main road running through Bromley Cross. I got lucky, as driving past I glimpsed this to my left and after parking and entering the premises (the only customer on an early Tuesday afternoon) the bearded guv'nor told me that they are normally closed on a Tuesday; only being open on this day as they had the monthly Book Group in. Just two of the three handpumps clipped, so I tried both: Big Trip Mein Handy ist Kaputt and Abbeydale Moonshine – both pale ales, and both served with the creamier 'Northern' head. No complaints from me as a) both were in superb form, b) I don't mind how it's served, and c) both pints were only £3.80 each. Walls covered in pump clips shows that they get through a few, and there was a range of (uncounted) keg taps; all listed on a blackboard. perpendicular to the bar. The success of this venture has led to the opening of a sister bar in Harwood, and that ain't a bad thing.

Situated about half a mile from Bromley Cross station which opened in 2018 and has 3 cask pumps and quite a good range of keg taps. There is an outdoor seating area although the wooded surround seemed a tad extreme.
