Situated in a former beauty salon the Vault is billed as a micropub and gin bar.The L shaped room is of medium size and has wooden floorboards plus a stove burner on the left beyond the bar in the opened up fireplace area..Oddly enough there are no chairs just raised Banquette style seating with a foot rest, and in front of these are around 9 thin heavily wooded tables.
There were 6 interesting cask beer pumps on the bar one of which was the J.W.Lees Dark which was spot on.
At the moment the opening hours are 1pm till 9-30pm
