A nice friendly craft bar, a small front area where the bar is situated with a few tables and chairs but there is a much larger seating area to the rear. Keg only but reputedly all live beer though this was disputed by some, I have no Idea so won't score my choice of Fourman Kite, a nice grapey pale.
It's certainly a place I'd use on a regular basis if I were local.

A few of us called in here after our disappointing experience in the micropub around the corner. The beers here are all served from a wall of keg taps, with thirds, halves, two-thirds and pints all priced up (except for pints of the 8.4% DIPA) and details of brewery, beer name, style and strength all easily read from a distance. Service was super friendly and interested. "Are you on a pub crawl?" we were asked. No, I said, this is a pub research trip, which got a friendly grin from at least one of the young women behind the counter. My third of a 4.5% hazy pale was better than tolerable and we all had a lovely time here.

Basic craft bar, sister (or mother?) to the outlet in Bath. Relatively large square main room (with another behind); whitewashed walls, untreated wood plank settles and not much in the way of atmosphere early Saturday afternoon. Service was very friendly and my craftykeg choice of Mangonaut by Holy Goat Brewing was nice enough. You’ll pop in if you’re a beer hunter, though for the average pub ticker it’s all a bit ‘so what’. Needs a bit more character, as it feels like it’s come out of cheap box entitled ‘Make Your Own Craftypub In 5 Easy Steps’.
