Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Beer on the Pier
On a busy summer Sunday, encountering this beach hut-based emporium dispensing two Goody Ales on gravity and several boxed ciders was a welcome find. The handful of seats inside were empty as the punters were all enjoying the sunshine sat at the collection of small tables outside. Only had time for a quick Genesis (£1.50, half), but this was in fine form and with the friendly welcome I enjoyed my brief stop here.

A little gem, especially on a sunny afternoon. Situated on Herne Bay Pier with full view of the Helter Skelter and the Carousel, which gave the full experience of a day out at the seaside. This small micropub or should I say, micro hut, consisted of a small bar area on the right hand side, with three ales on stillage and cushioned seating to fit six people on the left. The main seating area was in front, which was a collection of tables and chairs. Three Goody ales on our visit, so we went for the Goodness Gracious Me IPA and the Good Health Golden Ale. Both were served at perfect temperature and excellent condition. The only downside was your beer was served in plastic glasses, quite understandable, due to its location.
