I loved this place, like Peter said it has got a Moroccan kind of vibe with the patterned floor tiles and old rope swing chairs ect but I found it refreshing compared to most in the area. Its in the centre of Liverpool so not JUST tailored to the older crowd, they are mainly a cocktail/wine bar and that was just fine for myself and a few of my friends. Nice to see new business opening that end of town... hopefully that isnt going to be the last!
.... the food was pretty tasty too (I had the monkey burger)

Must agree with Mr Bundy's comments but should have read them before I entered the pub.As stated no cask ale and the decor reminded me of a North Africa type of bar.

Newly opened next door to The Old Post Office. A cocktail bar type monstrosity consisting of a smallish front bit extending to a thin rear area. The seating is all low brown leather chairs and sofas plus some pointlessly pathetic swing seat thingys in the front room bit. No real ale and as usual it has a git dramatically mixing cocktails in front of the easily impressed. Its a wonderful place if you're either 18 to grown up, or a sad 30 plus bloke who needs to grow up. For the younger end of the drinking spectrum.
