Alan Winfield left this review about The Berwick Inn
The Berwick is a fairly large estate pub that looked well kept from the outside.
Once inside there was a decent sized oblong shaped bar to the right, this room ran across the front of the pub,the seating was comfy bench type in two large seating bays which faced the bar,the floor was part tiled and carpeted and there was a pool table to the far right,a TV was showing some rubbish house programme.
The lounge was square shaped and ran to the rear of the pub, this room had bench seating around the edge and normal tables and chairs in the middle of the room, there were a few people having meals in this room.
There were three real ales on the bar and all from Joules brewery,i had a drink of Joules Pale Ale which was a very nice drink, the other beers were Joules Slumbering Monk and Calcutter 1757.
I quite enjoyed my time in this pub and would have happily had a good session here if not on a pub crawl.
