Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Queensway
Substantial corner pub hidden away in suburbia, with a fair-sized bar at the front with a pool table but surprisingly little seating plus a larger and more fully furnished lounge at the back. Probably quite plainly decorated for most of the year but full of festive decorations when I visited. Also has a few partly-covered wooden benches along the main façade. Limited menu available at certain times. Normally has a real ale on from one of several handpumps on the two counters, but the Youngs Original had run out so had to go for a quick John Smith's (£2.30) before heading back out into the cold, wet December evening.

Fairly typical estate pub. Football on TV and snooker on another screen on my visit. Pool table in bar.
