Found this Greene King hotel had their IPA but I chose London Glory, a beer I hadn't tried before and also Belhaven Bridge to Nowhere. Both beers fine. Seating mainly high tables and chairs, and rather noisy with TV screens around showing football, but we did find a smaller room with normal table and chairs, I think mainly for diners.

Rather an impressive building from the outside, but within is basically a modern GK circuit pub, wit high tables in the middle and a benched area at the back with a sports TV. 3 GK beers on handpump. Scored an extra point for the enthusiastic bar person and food being half price on Mondays!

Large and featureless grey drinking barn, featuring a thuddingly loud TV with no viewers and a selection of untouched newspapers. Four ales on, 3x GK and Canopy (listless). A grim place; if I went to hell and was sentenced to pub purgatory, this place could be the blueprint.
