Not a pub at all, really, in fact not even a station bar. It's more of a snack stand with wooden benches on both sides, on a terrace overlooking the station concourse, with a poor wine selection, selling Heineken and Bulmers in bottles. It serves the purpose of providing refreshments to travellers in a nondescript way.

Revolting place, ignorant staff, plastic cups to drink vinegary piss from. Pretentious beyond belief, vile.

Cafe bar on new balcony overlooking Waterloo station. Central servery with seating area of wooden benches and stools each side with good view over station. Sadly only has Heineken on tap, bottled lagers, cider and wine, but if that's what you want, is a good meeting place or pause on journey.
