No cask. Keg offering of Brains Bitter Smooth, original and dark fruits SB, Heineken, Bayside lager, Guinness.

Pleasant and low-key bar in this most famous of Cardiff hotels that feels like a shadow of its former glories. The bar is carpeted, and the bar counter is facing the open entrance to the space. A relatively small number of regular tables with bucket armchairs that have seen some considerable use. Old sporting memorabilia and history of the venue on the walls. Restaurant a bit further beyond the bar area.
