The Factory is a bar that was half full when I visited early on a recent Friday evening whilst holidaying in the area. The interior is long and thin with a bar on the left hand wall and a dining type area at the rear. There is some conventional seating at the front of the pub and the rest of the furniture in the bar area is made up by high tables and chairs. Sky Sports is shown and there are plasma screens throughout. There was no sport on during my visit, but the screens were left on with half showing muted Sky Sports News and the other half were plugging the cocktails that are available. There is also a smoothie and milkshake menu which isn’t that surprising as this place is located just off the esplanade on the arcade strip. There’s no real ale though so visitors have to make do with the standard and premium draught.
There is an advertised terrace out the back that I didn’t visit, but I did have to walk past the seating that is found on the path out the front where the bouncers can be found.

This place isn’t really my cup of tea so I don’t plan to return.
