A pleasant enough country pub and one of two in the small village of Cronton. There are 4 rooms/areas with two rooms left and right as you enter, a reception area where the bar is and a small area opposite the bar. Low wooden beamed and very countrified inside. There are 3 handpumps on the bar but only 2 are on. Wainwright's and Tim Taylor Landlord being your choices today. Outside seating at the front. Food also available. Its a little on the expensive side though at £3.90 a pint of Landlord.
