The Portway is a largish 50s built estate pub that is in the woodhouse park area of Wythenshawe.
Once inside there was a largish smart lounge and a more basic bar i had a drink in the bar which was quite busy with locals.
When i went in this pub it was a Whitbread tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Whitbread Trophey bitter and this was a decent drink the other beer was Boddingtons bitter.
This was a decent enough pub to have a drink in.
I think this pub is still up and running like most of the pubs are in this area of Wythenshawe.
