Although work was still ongoing here when I passed through Longnor in August [2016], the pub's website says they are now open, "operating temporary hours at the moment, open at 6pm every day", with "food service not available until the Autumn/Winter 2016."
Update: now open all day, every day, according to Staffordshire Moorlands Camra. Still no food, though.
Further update: Though not according to the list of opening times on the door (see photo) when I turned up at 1pm yesterday. The pub website now says "This is a short term adjustment to the opening hours, and I will update this page once we are back to our regular opening times."
