The Derby Arms is on a steepish hill and a shotd distance from the middle of Heanor.
This pub used to be an Home Ales tied house,once inside here there is a bar in the middle of the pub and the pub is usually busy with locals there were two real ales on the bar and i had a drink of Deuchars IPA this was ok.
This is a decent locals pub that i was quite happy having a drink in
