CLOSED Accrington pub just outside the town centre,where an early beerhouse used to stand. The pub got it's name from the trams that used to stop outside,before they began there ascent to nearby Baxenden.In the early days of the turnpike a toll house was on this site.The pub is now The North Valley Training.
