Now called The Hot Water Comedy Club and is the second venue of the same name along with the one on Seel St. No real ale.
19/2/16:
A strange place. It never used to open afternoons but now is. A music, comedy and club like place downstairs with a bar on street level. U-shaped banquette seating in this part (I've no idea what its like downstairs). Brewdog Punk IPA, Stella Black, Becks, Brahma Stella Cidre and Guinness only on draught. While its not bad there are much much better places in the area.
