The Lamb is a small pub that is situated at the North end of Castle Donington away from the shopping area.
When i first went in this pub it was a Marstons tied house and it still is to this day.
Once inside the pub is just as it was over 30 years ago, there are still two small separate rooms with a central bar serving both, the lounge to the right is small and oblong shaped,it is carpeted and has comfy bench seating and small stools, there was a TV to the front showing the Spurs v WBA football match, the bar room to the left is a bit smaller.
There were three real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Pedigree, which went down very well, the other real ales were Marstons Burton Bitter and a Marstons seasonal beer.
This is a very pleasant pub that is comfortable and smart inside,it was also quite busy on my Saturday dinner visit.
