A very large 1930s estate pub in its own grounds with a huge car park. The pub is divided into public and saloon bars which stretch into a ground floor extension. Both bars have carpeted floors and standard furniture, the public bar has an open fireplace. There's also a smaller games area to the rear with a pool table, dartboard and gaming machine. The welcome for strangers wasn't a warm one. It's used almost exclusively by people from the estate, and as there's no real ale or decent food available, I see no reason for anyone else to come here.
