Newmills is now bypassed by the A985 and the village is situated on the coastal route along the North side of the River Forth. The village which is just 2 miles from the more tourist village of Culross has a much quieter feel. This is reflected in this traditional pub which has a much more relaxing feel far from the madding crowd.
