Strongers . left this review about White Lion

The White Lion is the hotel bar for Hotel du Vin above, although it has its own entrance and non-guests are encouraged. This is a cellar bar with an island serving counter that supports a single hand pump that was drawing Birmingham Brewing’s Pale Brummie and a couple of their other brews were available on keg alongside Birra Moretti, Guinness and Inch’s cider, everything being priced at £3.80 per half or £7 a pint. There’s a tiled floor with a mix of high and normal height tables with green upholstered seating throughout, and a pool table and dartboard are found in an area separate from the bar. The service was polite, but this does feel like a hotel bar, so I don’t plan on revisiting.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Pub du Vin

Cellar bar located underneath the Hotel du Vin but with its own entrance. Mix of lounge and table seating around small square central counter. Subdued lighting and decor, with various features of interest including several wine stores at the sides. Two of three handpumps in operation, with Kinver Light Railway and Silhill Blonde Star (£3.10, but not in the best condition) when I visited.
