An unusual 'spoons in a modern building with views of Putney Bridge and the river.The interior winds around a central large column which creates lots of different sections,some nooks and crannies and ,as you cant see the full extent of the interoir,a calm feeling of an old fashioned locals pub.The bar is on one side,the loos on another so circumvent the interior to get the full affect.
Two ranks of handpumps,the first dedicated to the Trio of Doom,the second six full of guests which on my visit were Southwark Bankside Blonde,Chadlington's Pale and Oxford IPA,Conwy American Amber,Surrey Hill Greensand IPA (NBSS 3.5) and Gilt Complex (NBSS 4).
In an area where finding decent ale is a challenge,this 'spoons fitted the bill and I would certainly return.Not far from Craven Cottage but over the bridge for both the footie and Putney Bridge station.

Most confusing Spoons I've ever been in, from the lack of exterior branding through to the labyrinthine interior; the simple trilogy of having a piss, getting a pint and finding a table must have taken me three laps. There’s a cracking view to be had towards Putney Bridge whilst surrounded by a JDW Victoriana-lite interior. Trying to add a bit of character to this modern plate glass building. Top-end pricing, make sure to bring your 50p tokens. Just two guest ales, my Exmoor Beast faded after a good start to a bog-standard NBSS 3. The view gives it an extra half point – 5.5.

Having arrived here at around 10 we were told that they couldn't serve alcohol until 11 on Police instruction. After heading elsewhere we returned just after 11 to find the place packed. I am not a fan of plastic glasses so it was a quick pint and move on. Glad to have ticked it off but nothing to make me want to return.
