Large roadside pub, which has a good reputation for food and ales. The interior consists of a good sized traditional bar area, with pool table, darts board and a log burning stove. The walls were painted in a traditional green and cream colour. The lounge side was also a good size with a further square shaped room all of which was set out for dining. Three ales on handpump, Butty Bach, Three Tuns XXX and Ludlow Best. I went for the Ludlow Best which was in excellent shape. The manageress was friendly and chatty and was busy most of the time taking table bookings.

Large pub, a little too modernised and serving adjacent caravan park. Having said that, manages to cater for all comers with separate public bar, lounge and dining area. Usually three ales, mainly local, and good food, mainly local too.
