Rather gentrified village pub with a sterilised modern interior. All neat and tidy and professional but lacking a bit of pub character for my taste. Generally open plan, although there is a snug -that isn’t really a snug but is very cosy. Two real ales, Black Sheep Blonde and Vocation Bread and Butter (a bit past its best) with Wainwright turned around. Pleasant refurbished beer garden but ruined by screeching kids today. It’s not bad as such but there are better examples of rural pubs around here.
