Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Percival's Rest
This substantial two-bar pub has certainly gone somewhat upmarket since I last visited in the Roebuck days, with some new housing built on part of the former extensive car park. The main bar furniture and decor has been modernised and the lounge (extended with a conservatory) is now more of a restaurant. Some outdoor seating can also be found on the front terrace. Two Sharps real ale are available on handpump: Doom Bar and Atlantic (£4.20).
