It's really not clear whether this pub is open or not. From the outside, it appeared open with fairly new signage. I asked the landlord of the Hand Arms opposite and he said that they do open occasionally. I did managed to walk through the front door into a rather cluttered room. A lady appeared at the rear and when I asked if they were open, she shouted that they would be open the following day (a Friday). There's very little information online to suggest that this place does open. So, I'm not really sure what kind of operation they are running.
