Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Sterling

Modern bar / restaurant on the ground and first floors of the Gherkin. Little to note about the various seating / dining areas, except to say that the furniture and decor showed a little more imagination that chains of the All Bar One variety. What is notable, however, is the substantial outside seating area that is a popular spot in decent weather. Unfortunately, I caught it on a day when the regular Doom Bar had expired, so resorted to the Meantime London Pale Ale at £5.45 (ouch!).
